Jeff is Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of LMP and co-founded the Firm in 1999. Jeff serves as chair of its Investment Committee. Prior to co-founding LMP, he co-founded Putnam Lovell Group Inc. (“Putnam Lovell”) in 1987. In his years at Putnam Lovell, Jeff served as President and Vice Chairman through its development from a single office, M&A advisory firm to a full-service investment bank with over 150 employees serving financial institutions worldwide from offices in the U.S. and U.K. Putnam Lovell became widely recognized as a prominent boutique firm in global financial services and Jeff served as the senior investment banker on numerous mergers and acquisitions. Prior to the founding of Putnam Lovell from 1976 through 1987, Jeff held executive positions at SEI Investments (NASDAQ: SEIC) including Managing Director of SEI Financial Services (U.K.), Western Division Manager and Senior Vice President of National Sales.

Jeff is a member of the Boards of Directors of Matthews International Capital Management LLC, Mercer Advisors Inc., 361 Capital LLC and Trea Asset Management. Jeff is a Board Member Emeritus of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado and, most recently, was a member of the Investment Committee of the University of Colorado Foundation for over a decade. Among others, prior board positions include Duff & Phelps Corporation, Leerink Partners Holdings LLC, and Stein Roe Investment Counsel LLC. Jeff earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration, cum laude in Finance, from the Leeds School of Business at University of Colorado.

Jim is Co-Chairman of LMP and co-founded the Firm in 1999. Jim serves on its Investment Committee. Prior to co-founding LMP, he was the President and CEO of Morgan Grenfell Capital Management Inc., an asset management firm. Under Jim’s leadership, Morgan Grenfell grew its AUM from under $3 billion in 1987 to over $30 billion in 1999. This growth in assets was the result of expanding its international investment products into U.S. domestic products and leveraging the firm’s strong institutional presence to establish new distribution channels through the mutual fund marketplace and broker-sponsored programs. Before joining Morgan Grenfell, he was Executive Vice President at SEI Investments Company (NASDAQ: SEIC) responsible for consulting, marketing, and product development. While at SEI, Jim’s positions included national and regional marketing roles and head of the asset allocation and investment manager search practices. Prior to his employment at SEI, Jim was employed by an economic consulting firm and resided in Luxembourg.

He is a member of the Boards of Directors of Foreside Financial Group, Lincoln Investment Planning, LLC, LSQ Funding LLC and TriState Capital Holdings, Inc. Prior board positions include ALPS Holdings Inc., AssetMark Investment Services, Inc., ClariVest Asset Management LLC, and Kanaly Holdings LLC. Jim earned a Congressional appointment to the United States Air Force Academy and a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Denver.

Steve joined LMP as President in 2016. He came to the firm from UBS, where he most recently served as the Head of FIG Investment Banking Americas and Global Head of Financial Technology & Services. He was also a member of the investment committee for the UBS FinTech Strategic Investment Group. Prior to joining UBS in 2013, Steve served as Vice Chairman and Co-Head of FIG Investment Banking Americas at Credit Suisse. He began his investment banking career at Putnam Lovell Securities in 1995 where he rose to become head of its investment banking division.

Steve is a member of the Boards of Directors of Engage People, Inc., Global Financial Credit, and Trea Asset Management. He earned his M.B.A. at the Fuqua School of Duke University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Management from Virginia Tech University.

Jay became General Counsel and a Partner of LMP in 1999. He has over 40 years of experience in sophisticated corporate and securities transactions, with an emphasis on private equity investing in the asset management industry. His prior associations include McDermott, Will & Emery LLP (Chicago), Rifkind, Sterling & Lockwood LLP (Beverly Hills), Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP (Kansas City) and Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP (Denver), where he was a retired Partner through 2013.

Jay earned a B.A. degree from Graceland University, where he later received an Honorary Doctorate of Law, and a J.D. degree from Harvard University.

Bob is a Partner of LMP and a member of its Investment Committee.  Bob joined the firm in 2000.  Prior to joining LMP, Bob was an Associate in the Direct Private Equity Group at TIAA-CREF, a leading provider of retirement services to the academic, research, and medical fields.  Prior to joining TIAA-CREF, Bob was a Senior Analyst at Wilshire Associates Inc., an investment consulting firm based in Los Angeles.

Bob is a member of the Boards of Directors of Keane Holdings LLC, J.S. Held Holdings LLC, and Worldwide Facilities, LLC. Prior board positions include Duff & Phelps Corporation, First Allied Holdings Inc., and PlanMember Financial Corporation.  Bob earned a B.B.A. degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, and an M.B.A. with honors in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago.

Prior to joining LMP, John was a Principal at SV Investment Partners (formerly Schroder Ventures US), a private equity firm focused on investing in mid-market business services companies. Prior to SV Investment Partners, he worked as an Associate at J.W. Childs Associates. John started his career in the financial services industry at Salomon Brothers Inc in the Mergers and Acquisitions group.

He is a member of the Boards of Directors of Seaside National Bank & Trust, Commercial Credit Inc., LSQ Group Holding LLC, and Currency Capital, LLC. Spencer is a Partner of LMP and a member of its Investment Committee, joining the Firm in 2007. Prior to joining LMP, Spencer was a Principal at Safeguard Scientifics Inc., a publicly-traded growth capital investor, where he completed over 20 private equity and public transactions. Prior to pursuing his M.B.A., Spencer was the Manager of Corporate Affairs at MicroStrategy, Inc., reporting to the founder and CEO, and he was in the Technology Investment Banking group at Merrill Lynch & Company, Inc.

He is a member of the Boards of Directors of Engage People, Inc., Foreside Financial Group, Worldwide Facilities, LLC and is a member of the Executive Committee and former Co-President of the Wharton Private Equity & Venture Capital Association; also, he is a board member of the Wharton Group. Brad joined the Philadelphia office of LMP in 2009. Prior to joining LMP, Brad was part of the Financial Institutions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he focused on M&A and capital raising transactions for the firm’s investment banking clients. Previously, Brad was an Assistant Vice President in Bank of America’s Finance Group. Brad began his career in a strategic advisory group within Wachovia Corporation.

Brad is currently a member of the Boards of Directors at Commercial Credit Inc., Global Financial Credit, and LSQ Group Holding LLC, and previously served on the board of First Allied Holdings Inc. Brad received an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jason joined the Philadelphia office of LMP in 2010. Prior to LMP, Jason was an Investment Banking Associate in Goldman Sachs’ Financial Institutions Group, where he advised clients on transactions involving commercial and trust banks, specialty finance companies and asset managers. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Jason was a Senior Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Forensics group, where he conducted investigations into corporate accounting irregularities on behalf of clients.

He is a member of the Boards of Directors of Currency Capital, LLC, Foreside Financial Group, J.S. Held Holdings LLC, and Spex Technologies LLC, and previously served on the board of Kanaly Holdings LLC. Jason received his M.B.A., with honors, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with high distinction, from the Schreyer Honors College at the Pennsylvania State University. Irene joined LMP as Principal, Head of Investor Relations in 2017. She came to the firm from Z Capital where, as Managing Director, she was responsible for investor relations and business development for the firm’s private equity and credit strategies. Previously, Irene served as VP of Investor Relations for KPS Capital Partners, and was a member of the placement agent arm of Jefferies & Co. Earlier in her career, she worked at Lexington Partners on the secondaries team evaluating, executing and monitoring investments.

Irene earned her M.B.A from Columbia University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University. She also attended the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Trevor joined the Los Angeles office of LMP in 2010. Prior to LMP, Trevor was an Analyst at Morgan Stanley on its corporate development team where he advised the firm on strategic transactions. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Trevor was an Analyst at JPMorgan in its Technology, Media, and Telecom Investment Banking Group where he focused on IT outsourcing firms and cable providers.

Trevor is a member of the Boards of Directors of Keane Holdings LLC, Worldwide Facilities LLC, and also served on the Board of Directors of Mercer Advisors Inc. He received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brigham Young University.

Saurabh joined the Radnor office of LMP as an Associate in November 2006, and re-joined the firm in June 2012 as a Senior Associate following a two-year hiatus to pursue an MBA. He was named Vice President in 2015. Prior to LMP, Saurabh was an Analyst at Cambridge International Partners Inc., a boutique investment bank providing M&A advisory services to the financial services industry.

Saurabh received his M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Boston University School of Management.

Ben joined the Los Angeles office of LMP as a Vice President in February 2016. Prior to LMP, Ben made private investments at the family office of a founding partner of a private equity fund. He also worked at several private equity firms including Riordan, Lewis & Hayden Equity Partners while earning his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and School of Law, respectively. Previously, Ben was an Associate with Century Capital Management and a Senior Analyst at Raymond James & Associates.

Ben received his Bacheolor of Science in Economics and Finance, Magna Cum Laude, from Boston College. He currently serves as the Chair of the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law Alumni Club of Los Angeles.

Capital, evaluating and executing investments and leading strategic growth initiatives at portfolio companies for a $1bn fund. Previously, Evan served as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group with Goldman Sachs and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods.

Evan received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northwestern University.

Roumi joined the New York office of LMP as a Vice President in August 2017. Most recently, Roumi served as Director in the Financial Institutions Group at UBS Securities, providing strategic advice and transaction support to clients in the financial services sector. Prior to UBS, she was an Associate at Oak Hill Capital Partners and an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group of Morgan Stanley.

Michael F. Dura was named a Senior Advisor to LMP in 2015. As an independent consultant to LMP, Mr. Dura works closely with LMP’s investment professionals assisting in deal sourcing, evaluation and due diligence, advising on portfolio company operations and with respect to general conditions in the industries in which LMP invests. In particular, he advises on broker-dealer, securities processing services and financial technology opportunities.

Mr. Dura has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with an extensive operating history in the securities, financing and asset management businesses. Most recently, he was an Executive Vice President of National Financial Services, a Fidelity Investments company, after leading the sale of Correspondent Services Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of UBS to National Financial Services in 2003. Prior to becoming President of Correspondent Services Corporation, Mr. Dura served as Joint Group Managing Director and co-head of the global securities business of Schroder & Co., Inc., with primary operating responsibility for all business lines in the Americas, until the sale of the investment bank to Salomon SmithBarney in 2000.

Mr. Dura is currently a Managing Partner and co-founder of Prex Capital Partners, LLC, a private management firm established in 2004 and specializing in providing advisory services to hedge funds, broker dealers and related financial services firms.

Because of Mr. Dura’s operating company experience in the financial services industry, in addition to his duties on behalf of LMP, he may from time to time serve as an independent portfolio company board or management member. Mr. Dura is a member of the board of directors of Keane Holdings Inc. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Columbia University and resides with his wife and two children in Albany, NY.

Dr. Heinz J. Hockmann was named a Senior Advisor to LMP in 2012. As an independent consultant to LMP, Dr. Hockmann works closely with LMP’s investment professionals and assists in deal sourcing, investment evaluation and due diligence, and also advises LMP on European and international asset management opportunities.

Dr. Hockmann was an executive officer at Commerzbank AG in Germany for nearly twenty years and was a Member of the Management Board of the Bank with responsibilities for asset management, private banking and investment banking. Earlier in his career at Commerzbank, he founded its asset management business for international institutional clients and built the bank’s global asset management platform. After his tenure at Commerzbank, through 2005, he led the restructuring of Westfalenbank AG, a bank focused on mid-size companies, asset management and private banking. He then joined Fortis Investments and developed its asset management business in Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe.

In 2008, Dr. Hockmann co-founded Silk Invest, an investment management company headquartered in London and specialized in frontier markets with offices in various African and Middle Eastern countries. He serves on the Board of Silk Invest as well as the boards of several German companies in the financial services sector including WWK, a major German insurance company. Because of Dr. Hockmann’s operating company experience, in addition to his activities on behalf of LMP, he may from time to time serve as a portfolio company director. Dr. Hockmann holds a master’s degree from Bochum University where he also received his Ph.D. in 1983. He is a lecturer for Investment Banking and Commercial Banking at the Justus-Liebig University in Giessen.

Joseph M. Velli was named a Senior Advisor to LMP in 2016. As an independent consultant, Mr. Velli works closely with LMP’s investment professionals assisting in deal sourcing, evaluation and due diligence. In particular, he advises on asset management, custody & related services, bank divestitures, transaction processing and tech enabled businesses opportunities.

Mr. Velli has over 30 years of experience in the financial services and transaction processing industries, with extensive leadership, operating, M&A, strategic planning, business development and board experience.

For most of his career, Mr. Velli served as a Senior Executive Vice President of The Bank of New York and as a member of the Bank’s Senior Policy Committee. During his 22-year tenure with the Bank, Mr. Velli’s responsibilities included heading Global Issuer Services, UIT and ETF Services, Global Custody and related Investor Services, Global Liquidity Services, Pension and 401k Services, Consumer and Retail Banking, RIA and Mutual Fund Services (Lockwood), Correspondent Clearing (Pershing), Brokerage Services and Payment Services. Mr. Velli also formed and headed the Bank’s Global Marketing and Sales Sector. Most recently, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Convergex Group, a global provider of execution, software and technology services.

Mr. Velli currently serves on the Public Boards of Computershare Limited and Paychex, Inc. and is a member of the Board of Trustees at William Paterson University. He serves on various board committees and currently chairs Paychex’s Corporate Development (M&A) Committee and Computershare’s Remuneration Committee. Mr. Velli also served on the Public Boards of E*TRADE Financial Corporation and American Management Systems, Inc. Currently, he is a member of the board of directors of Foreside Financial Group LLC. Because of Mr. Velli’s operating company experience in the financial services and transaction processing industries, in addition to his activities for LMP, he may from time to time serve as an independent portfolio company board or management member.

He earned his M.B.A from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his B.A. in Accounting from the William Paterson University.

Alan F. Warrick was named a Senior Advisor to LMP in 2010. As an independent consultant to LMP, Mr. Warrick works closely with LMP’s investment professionals assisting in deal sourcing, evaluation and due diligence, advising on portfolio company operations and general conditions in the industries in which LMP invests. In addition, he advises on corporate strategies in financial product distribution segment.

He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and he recently retired as a Managing Director for Strategic Business Development with AEGON USA. He was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of Transamerica Worksite Marketing, a member of the AEGON Group and also served as Managing Director of Corporate Investment and Insurance Services at AEGON. During his 15 year tenure with AEGON, some of Mr. Warrick’s accomplishments include the establishment of distribution relationships with major national and regional securities brokerage firms, the introduction of AEGON’s insurance products in the Chinese market, and the expansion of AEGON’s employee benefit programs to major mid-market and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to his tenure with AEGON, Mr. Warrick served in various executive positions with Merrill Lynch. Because of Mr. Warrick’s operating company experience in the financial services industry, in addition to his activities on behalf of LMP, he may from time to time serve as a portfolio company board or management member.

Mr. Warrick is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Transamerica Asset Management Group. He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Arkansas.

Mary joined Lovell Minnick Partners in 2016 and is an Executive Assistant in the Philadelphia office.

Mary’s primary functions are handling the daily office administrative duties, coordinating travel plans, maintaining the calendars for our staff, and assisting with varied accounting and operational matters. Prior to joining LMP, she held executive assistant positions with professional services firms in the Philadelphia area and in Southern California.

Before joining LMP, she was Supervisor, Sales Administration at William O’Neil + Co. Prior to that, she was on the Administrative team at Bernstein Global Wealth Management.

Marji joined the Philadelphia office of Lovell Minnick Partners in 2012. Marji is the director of office administration for LMP and is responsible for the administrative functions of the firm and the management of its offices.

Before joining LMP, Marji was Senior Project Manager with the strategic partnership division of David’s Bridal Inc. Prior to that, she served for 8 years as the Director of Client Services and Marketing at D.A. Kreuter Associates, a national executive search firm serving the financial services industry. Earlier in her career Marji also held positions with MBNA America Bank, N.A..

After beginning her undergraduate studies at George Washington University, Marji received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.

Pamela joined the Philadelphia office of Lovell Minnick Partners in 2017. She is responsible for assisting the accounting and financial operations of the general partner and providing fund administration support.

Before joining LMP, Pamela served as Controller for MRO Corporation and, prior to that, Lincoln Mortgage Company. In these roles she oversaw finance, accounting, payroll, and other reporting and administrative functions. Earlier, Pamela worked as an Accountant/AR Supervisor at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Pamela received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University.

Diane joined Lovell Minnick Partners in 2005 and is resident in the Philadelphia office. She is responsible for Lovell Minnick Partners’ accounting and human resource functions.

Diane previously was employed by Uniroyal Tire/BF Goodrich and Reynolds and Reynolds as a Senior Financial Analyst. While at Uniroyal, she spearheaded development and implementation of a new financial forecasting system. Diane’s responsibilities also included preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts and annual budgets.

Diane received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a major in Finance and minor in Economics and Accounting from Indiana University.

Scott joined the Philadelphia office of LMP in 2016 from Preferred Sands, where he served most recently as Director, Corporate Development. His responsibilities included driving the company’s overall M&A and corporate strategy, and management of the Tax, Treasury, and Risk Management functions. Scott is a CPA and, prior to Preferred Sands, was a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Tax.

Scott earned his Master in Taxation (LL.M) from the Villanova School of Law, his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.

Emily joined Lovell Minnick Partners in 2017 as Office Manager in the New York City office.

Prior to joining LMP, she was executive assistant and office manager with Venor Capital Management and before that, at Stanfield Capital Partners.

Emily’s responsibilities include handling daily office administrative duties, coordinating travel plans, maintaining the calendars for our staff, and assisting with various operational and investor relations matters. Emily received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Millikin University and her Masters of Childhood Education from Hunter College.
